South Deep is a family run café serving fresh and locally sourced produce. Surrounded with views of a beautiful bay and located in Poole Harbour, we aim to provide an environment where you can truly sit back, relax and enjoy. Whether you'd like to soak up the sun and enjoy the music, or cozy up next to the fire with a hot drink, we've got a little something special at South Deep all year round.
HISTORY
Established in 2003
South Deep was established in 2003 as a modest wooden garden bar for berth holders at Parkstone Bay. Over time, she has gradually been transformed into a beautiful cafe and seafood restaurant. Since Jimmy took over the café in 2019, South Deep has also undergone some excited upgrades such as our garden bar, "The Sipping Container", and our own line of merchandise which is popular among boaters and locals.

At South Deep we very lucky to have such a fantasic team and we truly believe that teamwork makes the dreamwork. From Zak our Head Chef who is always pushing the boundaries of our menus and introducing new ideas such as our outdoor kitchen, to Charlotte our Front of House Manager who inspires our whole team on a daily basis to continually aim for improvement.
